The hotel offers very clean and glamorous rooms that are massive and met my expectations; however, they were not ready until almost 5 pm. The service was exceptional, including catering to special dietary needs and accommodating schedule changes. The location is excellent, surrounded by eateries and malls, making it convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The dining options were varied and enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay despite minor room delay.

Staying at the hotel was truly a privilege with stunning rooms boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and incredible views of the KL Twin Tower. The experience was enhanced by the thoughtful design that eliminated noise from corridors. However, there were occasional service issues noted, such as being shorthanded at the upper-level coffee house for breakfast.
